He's a HOFer. Maybe Top 7-10. Nowhere near the GOATWasn’t really his fault. In the postseason he was credited with 25 unearned runs allowed in 198 innings pitched. So ~12-13% of the time there was going to be an unearned run across the board. Compare that to John Smoltz. He was only credited with 5 unearned runs allowed in 209 innings pitched. So that’s only allowing unearned runs 2% of the time. Crazy to have that large of a disparity whenever the bulk of their postseason innings came on the same team. You can’t control having bad defense being played behind you in the postseason.
