Ole Ball Coach at it again

Trolling hard! I don't think his comment about UF was meant to be malicious. He loves Florida. Then again, I could be wrong.

I never could laugh off his digs at the Vols. Then and now, I considered him a low-class jerk. A good coach? Sure. Someone you'd want to associate with in your personal life? Not in a million years.

I always thought he took jabs at those be respects. Not out of being classless but just out of good fun.

I always tried not too laugh but could never contain myself.

And at least he doesn't try to physically fight coaches like James Franky.

It'd be a lot funnier and more satisfying if we had been bowling regularly, but considering his most famous "dig" at us was about not being able to spell Citrus without UT....I think it's funny that he's been to that bowl a couple of times with USC. Just sucks that we can't make fun of them and turn it back on him....and yes I know it's not called the Citrus bowl anymore.

Great coach. Past his time.

Surprised he did not win a conference title at USC. Think that window has now closed.

Makes you wonder, if he can't get them a title, not sure anyone can.

Oh, I agree. He used to poke for at UT for that, and now we can't get PAST the Citrus Bowl. It's ironic.

The Ironic thing is that had SC and Spurrier beaten UT this season he would have played Auburn for the SEC title in Atlanta, had SC won that game, they would be playing FSU in the BCS Title game, but instead he looking at the Citrus Bowl again. You can't spell Citrus without SC!

I loved it when Spurrier and Fulmer used to take shots at each other. Those were some good times.

That doesn't explain Kentucky. Favorite Spurrier quote:

USC beat down Kentucky a few years back 54-3. When asked what he thought about Kentucky, he gave that sour lemon face and quipped, "Well, I know they have a pretty good punter."
