After talking to some current students, some say it is true and some say the KA member instigated it. Both I can believe, but don't condone the actions of either. A lot of people believe there will be a hush hush settlement.

Was he a member of KA? If so, his brothers are cowards that watched him get beaten to a pulp and didn't help him

I retract my statement of him being a KA member. I cannot verify that, he could've been just a student that was there for the house party. I did hear however that the student used a racial slur toward the nkemdiches, which started this whole incident. All of this info is coming from current students, so take it for what it's worth. All I know is the PR department is having its work cut of for them with this on top of the vandalism of the James Meredith statue that happened over the weekend.

Racial slur at Ole Miss? Wouldn't expect anything less. The majority of people affiliated with that school likely think that way 6 days out of the week and then flip a switch for Saturday's when they suddenly become "heroes". I've spent a lot of time in Mississippi over the last year for work and it's amazing how behind on everything they truly are. I told my boss, while traveling the state on a business trip, that I hate calling anyone backwards because I'm from the South myself and hate it when that connotation gets put on us, but damn they're backwards here.
