Who do we want if CJH does what needs to be done. Anyone got any ideas? Maybe even an OC candidate?

Heup is like fulmer to loyal to his staff and especially elarbee…
Did you forget what things were like before CJH got here? We were losing to Ga State and BYU. Some of yall are like DV victims. Yall get in a good relationship and it's too boring, not enough chaos. So yall do 1 of 2 things, create chaos or go back to someone that gives you the chaos that you're seeking. There's no need to change coaches, the difference is players. An honest assessment of rosters for OSU and TN tells you all you need to know.

This isn't a marriage. It's a business. When there are weak links in the business you have to shore them up. Ellarbee, Pope and Martinez are liabilities.

I agree and I was there at both games. But a lot of it is coaching or lack there of. Haven’t seen any development from the oline, wrs, etc..these players see product on the field and go else where to get coached. It’s a fair point…

As long as we keep Banks, I'm good. People can say what they want, but we don't go 10-3 if our defense didn't bail us out. He could very well get a HC job, but I hope we keep him. He's the best DC we have had in a while.

Zero combined sacks against Georgia and OSU. The safety group that he coaches got exposed and he NEVER adjusted or took away the short throw out of the backfield. We knew what Banks was when Matt Corral ran QB draw for the 80th time and he never adjusted. He’s a decent DC. I wouldn’t shed a tear if he left. It’s telling that when the game was on the line he couldn’t stop Arkansas backup QB for one drive.

We need a new OC.I don't care what anyone says....Anyone..... This run up the middle and a wr screen pass crap has got to go. There is ZERO creativity in play calling.

Ffs last night was pathetic.

According to whom? The Oline were Joe Moore Award finalist again. The WR have been fine, but the past 2 years there have been QB deficiencies, and the CBs have been fine. But I guess when kids are upset they lash out at everyone.

Against inferior competition the DBs and OL have looked great. They got their teeth kicked in against good competition. I've long been a believer our WRs haven't done anything to help Milton or Nico. They never dive or reach out for catches it seems like. These coaches aren't getting it done. We can continue to bully lesser competition but to raise the bar we need to upgrade.

Elarbee, Hazle and Martinez are below average - Elarbee is just plain bad - no development of the Oline at all.

I wish he would leave. I would fire him. He is terrible against really good offenses. If you ever watch him at press conference, you can see he is clueless

Anyone can get on that Joe Moore list, good lord awards are an absolute joke and have been proven to be a joke over and over through the years! This OL has been a sieve and as proven also, we are having to play portal guys instead of our own OL recruits, both of those are due to cosching as it shows either bad evaluations or no development! WR room is a joke, not a one of them would start at a top team in the country, I love Bru and squirrel, but they wouldn’t play at OSU, UGA, Texas etc and that’s what you have to have to be a top team in the CFP. We bring in highly rated WR and they barely even see the field and transfer out, so again either bad evaluations or development. DB’s were alright, but against UGA and OSU they wouldn’t turn around and spot the ball and our DC sure didn’t put them in good situations either. So not sure if you are just used to suckage due to also being a Titans fan like me, but mediocrity shouldn’t be accepted and besides Bama, we didn’t beat a good team this season and even they proved losing to Vandy and Okie badly that they weren’t very good either.
