West Virginia: Athletics director Oliver Luck is leaving the school to take a position with the NCAA, according to Mike Casazza of the Charleston Daily Mail. Dan Wolken of USA Today speculates that Luck could be taking the No. 2 spot under president Mark Emmert. His official title will be Regulatory Executive Vice President.
