with 6 to go, nothing's off the table; however, some scenarios are more unlikely than others. What the Georgia game gave to me is true confirmation that the current coaching tandem has given this team genuine confidence, as much as anyone could. I'm looking at every remaining game as winnable now - of course, it goes without saying that nothing is promised, but I do NOT see this team imploding or being dominated by ANYONE at this point. Take our current talent and add the confidence they now have, and we are easily a top 5 team, IMO.The show "The Best of SportsNite".....they suggested that Tennessee could be ranked 3rd or 4th....do u guys agree?
seems like many, many were saying the same thing about a certain team from southern California all last season. Point? No team is invincable so long as it's still comprised of human beings; a given game can provide an atmosphere in which ANY team can go down. Not to mention, history is working against the Buckeyes. Only one team has ever gone wire to wire with a no. 1 ranking in the AP poll in the 55 seasons since its inception. By the way, can anyone name that team? No Googling, please. (Jeapordy theme plays in background)well, had we have somehow beaten FL, we'd be ranked #2 right now.
I think we are good enough to go toe-to-toe with nearly any team in the nation. cept for Ohio State. The Buckeyes are too good this year to be beaten, IMO.
was that from your personal vault of excellent knowledge...no search engine cheating involved there, right? Ok, your check's in the mail.
