once we go to our bench....

I saw bench improvement last night, actually. Washpun wasn't a disaster. McBee didn't make any huge mistakes. Yemi and Miller were serviceable.

We are not a deep team. Give 'em time to play cohesively.

McBee and Woolridge are liabilities. The others have been decent so far, especially as freshmen. No excuse for two upperclassmen to make as many mistakes as those two.

Breaking the press has been a MASSIVE problem. We are getting outcoached in that department. Cuonzo has to attack them harder once we break the press because we have numbers.

Washpun is a good backup PG for 10 minutes. He is incredibly athletic and can D up any guard or small forward. He also doesn't make stupid plays offensive and plays within his limits.

Dwight Miller needs to get some more time, that move he had to the basket was really nice. Woolridge is a pussy. He shouldn't be allowed to shoot threes. He is good at getting putbacks, that's about it.

Hall is finally playing well. D is terrible.

Woolridge will get better with Martin as coach. Washpum is a freshman with alot of upside to him. Mcbee can shoot from one spot on floor. Memphis swarms him when he gets the ball against the press.

Wool has the baseline, is big and can jump, but he dipsy doos under the rim for a little cute move and blows it.

We need more from McBee

He provides nothing except the occasional lucky shot or two. He should never have been added to this team. That was a big mistake by Pearl. He should never see the court except when the score is out of hand, one way or the other.

Absolutely! McBee and Woolridge have always been worthless to this team. (with the exception of a couple of lucky shots against KU)

It was one lucky shot.

Take away McBee's stupid inbound pass turnover and the foul we win the game.

Totally disagree. Richardson , Miller, Yemi, and Washpun all contributed and all are freshmen. McBee is not effective against athletic teams like Memphis that play man to man. He will be a huge asset against teams that are not as athletic and play zone. 5- 3 pointers against ULM showed as much. As for Woolridge, I don't think he should get off the bench unless we're up by 30 pts. or down by 30 pts.
