at work laughed his butt off when Boise State beat Georgia...he was saying Georgia is one of the worst teams in the SEC..yeah...he is a die hard Vols fan..and when I brought up tonight's game...he when off on the whole "If Boise would join a real conference" thing. I told him maybe if Tennessee would join C-usa then maybe they would do the same as Boise.....sorry..BUT if you give Boise 3 years in the SEC..with SEC money AND talent...Chris Petersen is the guy UT SHOULD have went out of their way to hire..he has 1 and 2 * talent and look what he does with it....just saying.

If their SEC West schedule included Alabama and LSU, there is no way in hell they would win the East. Not that hard to figure out.

I'm just saying...if you put Boise in a BCS conference..and give them 3 years with the big money and recruiting..3 YEARS!!! they would be better than they are now...Chris Petersen knows how to prepare..what he does now with 1 and 2* players is nothing to what hey could do with money and 3 and 4* players...I'm not saying now...yes Boise could win the Big East easy right now...they could win the SEC east EASY..even the ACC...but you give him 3 years and money that the big 6 get?

The top 8 or so teams in the SEC would lose, at worst, 1 or 2 games with Boise's schedule.

I'm not saying Boise could never, ever win games in the SEC. But only losing 1-2 games on their schedule is unimpressive. And will continue to be unimpressive.

There's definitely a chance that Boise wold lose to one of those programs, and maybe both. That'd still put them at 10-2 heading into the SEC title game. And, shocker, Boise State has consistently demonstrated an ability to win games against high-caliber teams. Call me when Tennessee has the talent to win the East in an incredibly down year for the division.

Oh, wait, that's not happening again for another 5 years at minimum. Sorry about it.

Here's a tip: next time you pick your bandwagon teams, I hope you're smart enough to choose relevant programs, and not garbage Big East and ACC schools.
