Only 58%??

My thoughts exactly so how does 42% of America think we're gonna have more wins? That would be awesome but I'm a realist....

Except for the 2,700 optimistic votes from the Volunteer State, the remainder of that 42% just hates Lane Kiffin and want to see him fail. Those same people couldn't name 3 starters on our roster, nor could give a flying you-know-what about Tennessee football.

I think it has to do more with people disliking Kiffin than it does to us actually having a chance to win more games than USC.....at best we may get 7.....USC will at worst win 8 probably in the 9 or 10 range

Not to be that guy, but what does this have to do with UT recruiting?

Could be used as a recruiting tool to negatively affect USC and lane kiffin so they end up back to being irrele... I don't know. Something something dark side something something complete.

I love it! It just goes to show the country's dislike of Kiffin. I think we all need to vote.

When I saw the poll, only Louisiana and Tennessee thought we'd win more.

Take Tennessee out of the equation and that leaves Louisiana and Idaho as the only 2 left. We all know us Vols are homers. I like that the 2 places familiar with Derek Dooley and Justin Wilcox have faith that we can make it happen. that being said we are in a tougher spot talent and depth wise. Kiffins troubles wont start for a few years once scholarships become an issue. Right now he also has an eaiser schedule as the SEC as we know is brutal and the cupboard isnt exactly bare at SC.

Any more DL injuries and we could be looking at 4-8.

I hope I'm wrong, but I think we go 4-8 regardless if we have any more injuries. We have a very young, inexperienced team, playing in arguably the toughest league in the nation. The only team I think we are better than is Vandy. JMO. As Tony Barnhart said, "5 - 7 would be a good year, 6 - 6 would be great".

USC really won't struggle this year, it is next year and the following year when the loss of scholarships takes effect on their depth chart that they will feel it. It is nice to see others dislike him as much as us though!

And you y'all forget that USC isn't going to be that good. Washington will beat them, as will Stanford, IMO. This next season, their schedule is actually pretty tough and other teams in their conference are better or getting better. However, in a couple years, I expect USC to be pretty dominant with their offensive core and given Barkley doesn't go early.

Again, Barkley a year older/better, Ambles/Prater/Woods older/better, and the RB they got last year older and better. Yea the scholarships will hurt and all, no post-season, but if you think Kiffin and Orgeron won't find a way to get pretty good players, you're nuts.

Stanford is possible, but I don't see UW going into the Coliseum and leaving victorious.
