I live in Knoxville, and the only early football game being televised is Steelers/Lions, it was Raiders/Giants. Fox was showing infomercials and now it's some stupid poker show (poker isn't a sport and the idiots who think it's a sport are just that, idiots).

I'm sure this is all due to programming obligations and such, it's just frustrating.

and no, I don't have or want digital cable with a sports package.

I was pretty upset about this too. It would have at least been nice if they had picked a decent game to show on CBS. Who cares about watching the Giants and Raiders? Not a single football fan believed that game could have been close.

now they're showing Ravens/Bengals, which appears to be a little more competitive.

nice play by the Bengals.

the Ravens can't help shooting themselves in the foot with stupid defensive penalties.

I've been stuck with only one game Chiefs/Cowboys, which has been a surprisingly good game.
