Georgia Tech vs Ok St. and Siena vs Purdue.....These are the only games that I can see living up to yesterdays madness. I will most likely be wrong and hope I am.....keep em' coming!

did the committee just get lucky as hell when selecting these match-ups or did they know what they were doing?

Disagree with OP. I think there are a lot of good games on today, but there probably will not be all the drama that yesterday had.

if they knew what they were doing there wouldn't be any upsets right?

Great question, but I like to think they match up teams with similar styles of play or match up to the other teams weakness. I don't think they intend to make the road to the final four an easy one. Thus, making it so much fun to watch....if they wanted it to be boring then they failed miserably

They have so many other requirements to fill when making a bracket that I doubt they can afford to care about style of play or weakness...

i think you give them way too much credit.

i just don't think they think through the matchups that way. particurally after reading the way they seed people.

The expert analysts are beginning to look like idiots after the guaranteed Siena win.

if louisville plays D like they did against marquette cal will blow them out. big if though.

Maybe it's just me - but the older Rick gets the more erratic his teams become. Louisville has absolutely sucked at times this year but beat Syracuse twice and played UK tough at Rupp. You should know soon after tipoff which team showed up.
