"Britches" is a little hickish, indeed. But more for the spelling than anything else.

"Breeches" is what most of the English-speaking world calls pants that end just below the knee.

I love how we are handling alts. We are kind of dissing the other team when we wear them. It's like we are saying you're aren't worthy of our real uniforms.

That's because you never hung out at my daughter's equestrian events with me. lol. Even in Tennessee, everyone at those shows are super (snooty) careful to pronounce it "properly."
