Team we will play all year. Seriously we were out manned from the start but we can still make a little noise. It's a long season. If anybody thought we were going undefeated give me some of what you're smoking.

Lets just hope we don't get our asses handed to us no more like this the rest of the season. That was a pathetic showing of football by our vols. We didn't even compete in no areas of the game. Worley looked like a deer in head lights today. He is way out of his league I hate to say but he reminds me of Crompton.

For sure the best we will see. Bama beats is by 30 with their starters in the whole game Oregon could have put up 5 more touchdowns

Margin of victory does not correlate to best team. That is just Oregon's style.

There not any better than Bama, LSU, or even UGA probably.

Oregon would shred UGA's D almost as bad as ours. Difference is, UGA has the offense to keep up with them in a shoot out.

Exactly. They're not in any way decisively better than UGA. They would swap scores and UGA has better talent in D.

(Copied from my post in another thread):

The glaring difference in talent is undeniable. Fuss about the coaching, playcalling, tackling, or whatever, but we simply lack the playmakers to compete with the big boys RIGHT NOW.

That being said, it's killing me that people are jumping ship after getting blown out by a team that has been in the NC hunt for the past 5 years. We need to ride the season out, looking for improvement as we go, and look forward to a fantastic incoming class that will BEGIN the rebuilding process.

We have a long, long way to go, and today was nothing more than a reminder to me. I have faith in the staff and the future.

How can you say that when they were playing one of the worst teams in the SEC East?
