I thought the guy from Boise who ran his mouth got what he deserved, yes they both should have been suspended but for one to get nothing (but a great punch to the face on national TV:)) and the other to get suspended for a year (9 games) that is a bit odd. Especially when you look at the Spikes incident against UGA and the subsequent ½ game suspensions against Vandy. I think Oregon did a great job at punishing Blount he did what he needed to do to get back in the good graces and get back on the field. Boise and the gators are who I think should be ashamed.

You may have been just joking around but I have been shocked at all the "Oregon should be ashamed " stuff I have seen everywhere.

Were u also outraged this weekend when Tommy Harris sucker punched a player during the game? This stuff happens in the heat of the moment. I don't see an issue with him being reinstated

Sounds like they put numerous academic and behavioral barriers before him and he passed them all. I don't have a problem with the reinstatement.

I know my facts. I don't care if he talked trash before the game. Why would that possibly matter to me at all? Boise State won and the guy gave Blount crap and got hit in the face in a heat of the moment incident. Big deal. It isn't like he hit an old lady. And what exactly did he do to the crowd. I know there was some problem but it isn't like he went Ron Artest on them. (And those fans deserved it, too.) Don't really see where you get "maniac with history of attitude problems." He's just a college kid. How seriously would you really punish a college student for taking a swing at someone. Getting angry and hitting someone doesn't merit a season suspension.

I was glad that kid got punched in the face, I really dont care about either University.

Its what happened after the punch that I had a problem with....either way I dont think he should have missed the season.

The Florida homers on here really have no place to make judgement calls on appropriate punishments for players being dirty.
