is this guy the same as what has been called a handler ? and the NCAA needs to step up there penalties for offenses that have been committed,it has gotten to where it is a damn joke,start giving out some harsh penalties and schools will tighten down on letting the coaches and ADs get away with it and make sure the penalties goes with the coaches and not just leaving the school to hold the bag,a lot would stop if the coaches were held accountable instead of just moving to another school

At some point someone should do a cost analysis on the investigations vs. the punishment. It just doesnt seem worth it to hire lawyers to jet around the country and basically read a Yahoo! article for their facts.
