Please remember that everyone honored tonight is there because they wrote a story of fantasy, directed others to act out a fable or are wonderfully able to pretend to be someone they are not.
And there’s a great chance they either allowed someone to rape them for a job or ignored that someone was raped to get a job

The reason is rather obvious. Whether you watch them or not, these types of gatherings usually devolve at some point into a forum to bash conservative politicians and ideals. The news cycle the day after is often filled with their screeds. I don’t find it odd that someone who identifies with conservative ideals would talk about the Oscars.

FTR, I’m just pointing out what I thought would be obvious to most people. I have never watched the Oscars and have zero regard for anything Hollywood, including their opinions. I just laugh at the lunacy.

Many conservatives will make this claim then turn around and quote something from one of the few conservative actors

I read about them going with a new car next year; single chassis with independent rear suspension, 18" wheels and maybe V6 motor. Sounds like they will eventually go hybrid motor. Did not realize they use 15" wheels. Tiny.

Turned the race on late and I'm not sure what's with all the car's modification thingy is for this year. Jeff Gordon said at one point that they (the cars) had a 100 more HP this year. I think that takes it up to 690 HP.

Waiting for Trump tweets through out the night. This will be hilarious. Watch for attacks, because I have a feeling they’re coming.🤷‍♂️
