OSU Ranking?

This is truly a curiosity question vs. a "we're getting screwed in the polls" question. And, yes, I know it doesn't matter, but still curious. . .

Why is Ohio State ranked #5 and #7 respictively in the polls? They have seven losses. They lost to UNC (bad loss), Butler (not bad), WVU (not bad) and split with Wisconsin, Michigan (bad loss), Minnesota and Purdue.

What am I missing that qualifies them as a top 5 team?

Have you been watching them the past month? They are good. They have 3 quality guards that can go for 20 any night and another (Deibler) who can light it up from 3.

OSU is most definitely a Top 5 team, IMO.

UNC was playing much better at that time than they are now and Turner was out for the Butler, Wisconsin and Michigan losses.
