Freeze did a lot things wrong with the prostitutes. If Herman did bang some hookers he did it on his own time and money. its all on him, school won't care. slap on the wrist, public apology and life moves on.
Freeze hired hookers on the school's dime, and time, while out recruiting as "impermissible" benefits for the recruits he was going after. that reflects back on the school, the school will definitely care.

as far getting in to trouble the worst thing Freeze did was using a school phone to set it up. that removes any chance of any deniability on his or the schools part. that is unforgivable. as far as a school cares.

I don't think he's lying at all. I think he's saying if I'm going to crash and burn I'm taking everyone else with me. Ofcourse he is under the impression Herman had something to do with getting him fired and is full steam ahead on him at the moment.

As far as Texas right now, all I could say is mom and dad of a recruit possibly asking Herman about this.

I was talking specifically about Zack Smith claiming he was found innocent of the domestic violence charges
