Things could change in a hurry but it doesn’t look like it’s their day. Would make for a really tough climb to the US championship game with having to win the next 3 days in a row. Hopefully they have plenty of arms.

This is so hard to watch. I don't know how they can call strikes that don't come within 8-12 inches of the plate. They say they are consistent and I know they are told to do it. I called the Southeast Regional years ago and they were pushing that way then and I told the guy after a couple of years that I could not do it anymore. Call strike zone or don't call at all.

That 3rd out unforced double play in the 3rd took the air out of these kids balloon. Tough hill to climb now, but I believe they can do it.
