Other cold Tennessee games

Two come to mind I remember.

1 Garden State bowl 1981.
2 Liberty Bowl vs Minnesota in 1986.

Missouri in 2015 was brutally cold...

Missouri 2017. I think that one was in the 20’s or 30’s. Butch turned purple

Cotton Bowl against Kansas State was the coldest game I’ve been to.

1996 UK game in Neyland had ice on the seats.

I was at that Liberty Bowl.

Another was Ole Miss homecoming in ‘83 I believe. Pretty sure that was the first November night game in Neyland.

I could not remember the year. I was there with my nephew. I think a bit of my butt cheek is still frozen to seat in row A45.

Homecoming against Ole Miss in November, 1983, can't remember but I think a cow was nominated for homecoming queen and perhaps a guy actually won the crown, it was in the teens most of the night,

Vandy game Nissan stadium maybe 04-05. Not sure. Freezing cold. Everyone was huddled up at the ends of the stadium
