Which one of the 2 fumbles inside the ten do you attribute to coaching?

Both of them. Which one of the timeouts that we had to call to avoid DOG to you attribute to coaching.

Which QB quagmire to you attribute to coaching?

Which draw play on third down to you attribute to coaching?

Which of the 6 touchdown drives over 30 yards in six games do you attribute to coaching.

Both, it's fundamental to hold onto the ball. 3 trips inside the red zone and 3 points. Your #$&@ right I attribute it to coaching. We keep playing to scrape by, play to kick field goals and somehow we keep losing. This is one of the most talented Vol teams I've ever seen and we are 3-3 :banghead:

dude the only reason we were down inside the ten anyway was #1 because the defense set us up good field position. and #2 lucas taylor had a good return

Um, maybe being coached that rule #1, beyond all else when running the all is to HOLD ONTO THE BALL - espeically in the red zone. Even without a TD in either case, no fumble = at least 1 field goal. Two field goals and we win the game.

At some point you have to blame the coaches. Six games in with this much talent. and this performance from our offense and special teams.. there is no one else to blame.

Sorry.

the only reason we were inside the 10 yard line anyway is because our D got a turnover our coaching staff is terrible. cory anderson just has some bad hands on the other one, the coaching staff stinks and needs to go on the offensive side of the ball

Hey Mikey, Lex has a point. Our offense is crap. Who do we blame. Players? I've heard we have the potential. Coaches? they make the plays. The way I see it it, they are screwing it up.

I of course have admittedly stated I have no football play knowledge. So who else am I to blame? I am at a loss here. What gives? Please. Try to shed some sort of sense here. I :dunno:

the sad thing is, if the offense goes, the d probably goes too. coachign usually goes as a team. when a head coach is fired, most of the guys get fired or leave with the coach. whatever we do we must keep chavis.

I'd sure like to know how you arrived at that conclusion.

I think Mikey knows this is really not the appropriate time to come back. Maybe by Thursday everyone will cool down.

Last year. If I remember correctly most of them played well last year. When you give good players bad coaching, loses happen

Well, I hope he can make sense of things. I saw some really great stuff from the offense. But obviously it didn't get done. I guess I need to accept the fact that every team has problems getting the right calls. It really is a chess match, and you can't check all the time.

Last year was an abberation, unfortunately. The only year since '98 that we have exceeded expectations.
