With the hopeful (continual) removal of Brian Williams from the starting lineup for Fields our offense will have more options in the flex. Brian's inability to move more than 5 feet with the ball, and lack of a post move have kept our already stagnant offense from making any progress. Sadly, the best way to keep offensive intensity in the flex would be using Fields/Hall/ if half our team is shot Woolridge at the 5 to give more ball movement once the center moves to the top of the arc. Doing this along with passing to the corner off of our first pass and setting dual screens for a cutting Scotty/ Harris moving toward the elbow... will allow for easier driving lanes or passing lanes for a baseline cut (kind of a give n go for one of the screening players). Of course this is only a theory and would require an even shorter rotation... I will continually pray for no more Skylar or Pearl, but God is most likely busy with less important issues. Whether this happens or not Scotty and Tobias must get the ball more and more for them to stay involved in the game on both ends.

1. Fields is less talented offensively than even Williams.
2. Taking Williams out hurts our rebounding, without question, and offensive rebounding is a huge part of our offense this year (since, you know, we can't pass or shoot).
3. No offensive plan will help this team, until they either start hitting enough outside shots to force teams to extend, or start passing the ball well enough to pressure a defense to rotate. Since we typically do neither, exactly what offense we run isn't really very key.
4. You won't get much Pearl. Skylar will continue to get 6-9 minutes a game backing up Hopson.
5. Woolridge won't play at all.

ya, I'm not sure about Woolridge at 5 he'd get dominated like when he plays the 3 or 4

Woolridge gains 50 lbs. He start at the 5. He averages 35 points a game and 21 rebs. He is the 1 st player taken in the 2012 nba draft. Crud I just woke up.

I would of course want Williams over Woolridge unless "half our team got shot"... Williams may be more talented offensively, but Fields can move better with the ball. Williams only gives us 6 ppg playing almost 8 minutes more than Fields (3.6 ppg)

When Scotty and T Harris is not shooting well or scoring then we don't win. No one to pick up the lack of scoring.
