Interesting video, a woman is speaking at a town-hall meeting, the council demands that she give up the microphone. She refuses, they tell the police to remove her. The Mayor then speaks up and says she has the floor and the officer to stand down. Well - this is the video of that event:

If you have ever had to deal with any type of board, they are typically manned my despotic power hungry type of individuals. I've had run-ins with 2 different HOAs to date, and they behave in the same fashion. You try and use Roberts Rules of Order, and they are ignored.
