I keep hearing people wanting to retain Pittman and Graham. I believe it would be a HUGE mistake to get rid of Hinshaw. The man can coach and he can sure recruit. He's the reason we got Patterson and some other key recruits over the years. He's young and he brings a ton of energy to the sideline. Every time the receivers score, he's always chest bumping them. I do, however, wish that he didn't get moved to WR coach. He needs to stay a QB coach or maybe even become an OC one day. Bray loves him and so do the receivers. Just my two cents for today

I wouldn't mind bringing in a defensive minded HC with a new defensive staff and leaving the offensive side in tact

I really can't find much to fault on the offensive side. Getting rid of Hinshaw, Pittman, or Graham would definately be a mistake imo and a good case can be made for keeping the entire offensive staff.

If it was a business making widgets - you would definately keep the entire offensive staff and just fix the half that is broken. In hindsight - it sure would have been smart to keep Chavis the last time we were here.

Most big fish HCs will want the option of bringing the people they feel comfortable with.

Agree wholeheartedly about not wanting to lose CDH. But why does he need to "stay" at QB Coach? You realize he coached WR's at Memphis before we hired him, right? We put him at QB Coach for one year bc we already had Bagget.

Whatever happens Hinshaw, Pittman, and Graham are proven winners and will be a plus to any coaching staff.
Would love for them to remain here.

i dont think most reasonable people want to see Hinshaw gone - they just think he will likely move on for an OC position somewhere
