Yeah I don’t exactly share the OPs enthusiasm for an undefeated P4 team, especially one that has an obnoxious as a coach as Narduzzi who will raise holy hell if they get left out at 10-2. There’s a real possibility that we could get screwed by them being a 1 loss ACC team and get into the CFP.

South Carolina would be ideal . That would be 0-2 vs SEC teams . That would especially help if they won the ACC and there were a couple of ACC bubble teams .

Depends who we lose to and how we lose. If we lost to UGA by 1 score in Athens we should be looked at as one of the best teams in the country . If we drop 1 to UK or Vandy, that’s obviously that.

You are right. We might be on the fringe of playoff selection unless we beat Georgia. That garbage loss to Arkansas made sure that we won’t be getting any benefit of the doubt. This is especially the case if we continue to look like a one dimensional team (great defense, under-achieving offense with a 8 million $ QB). Like it or not, that’ll be the national media narrative unless we leave no doubt on the field.

Pittsburgh boat raced Syracuse only because Syracuse kicked holes in their own hull, threw their oars overboard and dropped the outboard motor into the river.

Pittsburgh scored 3 TDs in the first half on Pick 6's and got a field goal on a 4th interception.

I don’t know. I think we need Pitt to beat Clemson. It’s better for us if Clemson has 2 losses, rather than both Clemson and Pitt having 1 loss.

As a Pitt fan I love the Backyard Brawl. I loved the old Pitt/Penn St. games. I think the 3 should play each other every year. Maybe throw in Va Tech and Marshall for the BLC (Black Lung Conference)

Best rivalry ever !! WV PITT UVA VT PENNST should all have to play each other each year.

Wv and Pitt against Marshall too, and miami, maryland, Syracuse, Tennessee, temple

Have to say we really enjoyed going to the the Pitt game up there 2 years ago. Great fans and great city.

But they can still win the ACC. I’d rather they just go undefeated and beat Clemson badly in the title game. I’ll take an undefeated ACC team that gets an AQ bid over a bunch of 11-1 ACC teams.

Boat raced is misleading... Kyle McCord was selling that game. SMU is actually favored in that game by vegas... I think its about to go down with some of these undefeated teams like Pitt and Indiana

Up till now Pitts SoS is 101 their remaining SoS is 21
Indiana is 106 and 17

In other words they have had it on easy mode till now and the rubber is about to hit the road.

Pitt has SMU, Clemson and BC but even Virginia and Louisville are a step up from most of their previous opponents. The Syracuse game is probably a red herring Kyle Mccord threw 5 picks including 3 pick 6's. That game was literally handed to them.

Indiana has to play Michigan State, Michigan and OSU. Michigan is struggling this season but right now they are 1 game short of bowl eligibility and they only really have 2 winnable games left on their schedule they come in hungry. Michigan State is in a similar situation needing 2 of their 4 games to get in. Purdue Rutgers and Indiana are their best bets. I think Illinios is actually a better team than Indiana their 2 losses are to Oregon and Penn State they have smacked down everyone else they have played and have 3 wins vs ranked teams.
