I wouldn't agree with that. The only crime the LVPD has stated they are investigating is the shooting. Therefore, unless someone loaded a gun with wadded $100 bills, I don't think there's any legal grounds to hold Adam's cash. There is certainly no evidence that it constitutes proceeds of criminal activity.it's evidence from a crime scene. Adam might as well try pissing up a rope.

I'm not sure how the police came into possession of the money. However, there does not appear to be any debate in this situation as to ownership of the currency. Generally, you are correct. Absent having serial numbers or some other conclusive proof, establishing ownership of cash is tricky.Just being Devil's advocate, obviously I am not a legal eagle. But exactly how do you go about proving cash is yours? Seems like that could at least be a little tricky?

Couldn't you make an argument that throwing all that money on a stage inhabitated by strippers is evidence in and of itself that said money was intended for the strippers own use? That being said, wouldn't it also be prima facie(sic) evidence that Pacman is a criminal sociopath for attacking the stripper who attempted to pick up the cash that had been put out there for her consumption?
Common knowledge i am hearing is that Pacman openly acknowledged throwing $81,000 on the dance floor, thus wanting it back.... :shades:Once again, your hearing second hand information from a club owner who wasn't even there that nite. Why don't you let it play out before saying he was involved with this.. I'm sorry, but I'll take the LVPD advice over a strip club co-owner any day of the week.

Fair enough. It has been widely reported there is video evidence of the attack on the "lady" who attempted to retrieve the cash. We'll see...I know that silly... I was talking about what you said about him slamming a stripper's head into the stage.. You don't know that he did that.. Or that he picked a fight with any of them.. Wait until it has been verified..
