Palardy is a testament of this staffs ability, he suffered through years of pitiful coaches and was at one time hated. Coach jones took talent and critiqued it to be a kicking machine.....except when the place holder blocks him of course.

Palardy went from liability to strength for this team.

It all comes down to confidence and coaching ofcourse.

He is a beast this year. I was nervous every time he came onto the field the first few games but i actually watch when he's about to kick now.

One of the biggest turn arounds/ success stories in recent years in the program. Guy went from being thought of as a joke to perhaps one of the best kickers in the country (kickoffs, punts, place kicking). He keeps it up he may have a job on Sundays. Kudos to the coaching staff

I've heard some folks on here suggest he had an underlying medical condition that was fixed or is now being managed. I want to say it was hip related, but I can't quite recall. And I do know they've talked about Jones and the staff being very careful to manage his kicking reps.

In any case, the kid has shown real resilience. The staff has shown patience and understanding. The results have shown on the field.
