Michael Palardy ‏@mpalardy1 39m
There's no greater feeling than to play this game under a man that has as much love and passion for it… Instagram

Encouraging to hear this from a member of the team after the way that we played last night. They all still believe in him, and really, IMO, there's no reason not to at this point. Still righting the ship, but definitely headed on the correct course. GBO.

Palardy has no reason to be upset with the way he played last night. I never thought I would say this but Palardy is like a rock star this year.

Palardy has done a great and complete turnaround. To be the kick off guy, the punt guy, the PAT guy and the 3 pt guy, is quite an accomplishment. He's brought everything together this year. Makes you wonder why others haven't.

Palardy has been wonderful since Jones started coaching him. That's not by accident. We have a great coach who inspires our players, who has their back, and who they'd run through walls for. Setbacks or a poor game against a good team don't change that fact.

I haven't read where Jones was coaching Palardy's efforts. I may have missed it in all the dust ups.

I just hope he gets some consideration or something at the end of the year for some of the kicker/punter awards.

I bet he will if he stays consistent. Didn't they say last night on tv that he's only one of 7 players in the nation that handles 100% of all the PK, KO, and P duties? And, of those, he's the only one that's a southpaw? Pretty impressive. (Well, I guess the left-handed thing is genetic, so not like has much control over that, but whatev...) :)

Every time that there is a coaching change on a team, one or more players will have much improved careers. When Kiffin came to U.T. Compton & Hardesy immediately got better.

When Pearl came to U.T., Dane Bradshaw immediately improved.

Now that bUTch is here, Palardy has greatly improved.

When Dooley arrived here ???????? improved.

Well something sure has made a difference in him this year, and based on what I've heard Dooley said to him, and his tweet concerning CBJ, I'd say CBJ does have a lot to do with it.

Got to be the most improved player in the nation! Just shows what a Good Coach can do for you.

I would love to see him get something. He has become what many UT kickers in the past were. Rock solid, consistent and dependable. Makes me think the ghost of George Cafego is looking after him.

Palardy might be an All American punter this season. All SEC at the least.

If palardy was playing bad, it would be on Jones but since he is playing great, jones doesn't get the credit? Seems like a crappy job to have....

It's terrible how bad Dooley messed up his confidence and his mindset, but luckily he had one more year to play under a real coach.

Talks with Butch may have boosted his confidence a lot. I didn't mean to undermine any of that. Was just curious who might have been working with him on his kicks. Confidence does have a lot to do with it and maybe he feels more at ease at this time.
