Panama Hats

Wanting a Panama hat. Going to a wedding at Santa Rosa Beach, FL and got an evening beach event to go to the night before. Have purchased a seersucker suite for the occasion. Budget between $175-$300 for the hat.

Leaning towards a Montecristo fino or super fino in the classic fedora style. Good Lord, but where to buy one? Apparently there are no local hat shops in Chattanooga or Knoxville, so either Nashville or Atlanta. Looked at Panam Hats Direct online. Seems to have a good selection.

Any recommendations? Expertise to share?

Thanks. I ordered one from Panama Hats Direct. Montecristo Super Fino in the Havana style. Will see how it goes.
