Porn? No.

But, if they want to petition them to look at this under the guise that we need to stop our citizenry from watching complete morons somehow make bigger spectacles of themselves in their idiocy than they otherwise would if they weren't on tv? I'm all for that.

I am 47. And am utterly astounded that people are entertained by an alcoholic slut named Snooki to the point she can write a book.

I can't stand all these dramatic shows. And sex and drugs isn't what every teen in America does, I hate how they try to make it seem that way

Supposedly they filmed a minor nude. On paper it could be deamed as child porn.

I'm with you on your post though. Who the hell watches this stuff?

I grew up, I'm 34, when famous people were famous because they had talent. I can't even name half the actors and actresses now and people like Snooki are household names who text John McCain.

There will never be another generation full of people like Sean Connery, Grace Kelly, Harrison Ford, Robert Redford, etc. We're screwed. They're out of ideas and reality tv is only getting worse.

I hate reality TV but this show isn't reality TV as far as I know.

It's actors with a script.

I read this opinion piece about it and liked the last 2 paragraphs (posted below).

FoxNews.com - MTV's 'Skins' Begs the Question -- How Low Can You Go?

It’s easy for the makers of "SKINS" to tell parents to just turn off the TV. I will. But forgive me for noticing that it matters what we tell our children about how to make a mark in this world.

It is hard to be a parent; to do everything you can to help your child become the very best of them possible. It would be nice if MTV didn’t make such a mess on the carpeting and lent a helping hand.

I tend to believe that this is all just a natural progression that will swing the other way at some point.

Andy Griffith is still awesome. The B&W ones are the best.
