Big lineman on Vols' wish list : Football Recruiting : GoVolsXtra.com
Moses is being recruited by receivers coach Latrell Scott.
“Coach Scott is an awesome guy, down to earth,” Moses said. “I’m hoping to get to know him more.”
Scott, who’s in Virginia this week to visit with prospects’ coaches including Moses, has a strong sales pitch for offensive linemen since joining UT’s staff in January. With former offensive lineman turned offensive line coach Phillip Fulmer as head coach, Moses would have a tie to the top.
“That’s good to know,” Moses said. “I guess you could say he looks out for his big guys.”
Moses certainly is that. He started as a freshman playing tight end at 6-4, 260 pounds. Following a growth spurt, he moved to offensive guard during his sophomore season before finding a home at offensive tackle.

Maybe he is destined to just pancake Alabama's D-line on every play?

I wouldn't mind seeing that. This kid is HUGE and will open a lot of holes for our backs, and provided a lot of protection for our QB's... Moses would be a big time pick-up and could see early playing time possibly with the departure of our line after this season.

After watching his videos I have come to the conclusion that he would be the best O line recruit we have had in years. If this guy isn't starting in the NFL one day, than somethings seriously wrong. He has all the tools.

back to moses...

he has been scheduled to see UT twice this spring and has bluffed both times. blew off our spring game to go to va tech's.

we may be very well be # 2 but it is a distant lead for the hokies.

someone in the know mentioned he's a huge momma's boy and his mother will be the key to his recruitment

Blacksburg vs Knoxville. I like our chances.

That was my exact thoughts when I watched the video. This guy absolutely punishes DL's on every play. He dogs them until they are down, and then more if the play isn't dead! I have never seen anything like this guy at the high school level. Wow!!!
