For UT to advance past the SEC Sanders and Chavis MUST GO! If these guys are so good for UT then why has no one offered either one of them a job? How come these two guys are not being sought after for a head-coaching job: because no one else wants to be embarrassed. Sanders can't and won't coach until it is too late and Chavis will not change his ways. Chavis is so set in his ways after 16 years; he thinks he owns the team that he will not bend. If he is such a good D coordinator then why is no one asking him to head up their team? Give me a break!! Fire Sanders and Chavis and give Cooper a shot!!

All the failures start at the top, and that is the "hog-jowled man." Changes MUST be made or it will remain the same. Watching them play makes the Big Orange Nation :puke: :puke: :puke: :puke: :puke: :puke: :puke:

No, No, No, we can never fire Fulmer. Fulmer can do no wrong when it comes to getting new players he just can't pick his coaching staff. Keep Fulmer and give some of the younger coaches a chance.

"Promote" Fulmer, Chavis & Sanders sideways to "developmental" positions in the football program, give Trooper charge of the actual game-preparation, and hire Pat Summit as a Psychological-slash-"Perform or I'll Castrate You" roving consultant.

We have the tools.

The problem is that sometimes we use them, and sometimes we act like them.

you can't fire chavis. people have been talking about how it's his fault that our defense hasn't shown up for some game. you have to realize that he has a very young defense (mainly the secondary) to work with. you can't fire a guy because of young players. in the future, our defense has the potential to be very good.
