Everytime we lost a midweek game, Delmonico ran us until somebody puked.

After a loss to Purdue, we literally ran for 1.5 hours straight. If losing to a "power conference" school brought that then, I can't even imagine what would've happened if we'd ever lost to someone like that.

Bottom line, the longer Raleigh is the coach, the harder the rebuild job will be.

I'm all about punishment and consequences. But when a player loses respect for their coach running until you puke is just done in vain. It's getting to the point to where the respect of the jersey is getting pissed on. That can never, ever happen.

I've been on both sides. I've played for the biggest pieces of trash known to man. I've also played for a guy that I would run through a brick wall even to this day. The first would absolutely beat you down mentally and to the point to where you dreaded heading to the field each day.

A change needs to be made. I'm not usually a fan of midseason changes. But it's obvious that this program is losing more than games.
