I was wondering if anyone has information about the plaza dedication that is scheduled for this Friday. Are they planning to set up any type oe seating or just VIP seating and then standing room? Any idea how lengthy the program might be? I have briefly looked around online but have found only the details about time and parking. Also wondering how early is early enought to get there?
