How do you let SC do that to your defense? Tim Banks should.be fired tonight!! I love JH. But if he is amicable to the limp di@K defense we've seen in every meaningful game of the.season( which has kept.us out of the cfp) then he should be questioned !

I agree 100%. I've said it and even scream it at my TV tonight. For a terrible SCjr team to score at will on this defense is beyond embarrassing and inexcusable. With the playoffs on the line this is what we got from our defense, and it was pathetic. Changes need to come to the defensive staff, including but not limited to removing Martinez from the staff. Our dbs literally play like something you would expect from highschool kids not going to a D1 college.

It’s been a good season overall but you sure can’t miss just how bad this defense has been all year. Numbers don’t lie, we are the absolute worst defense in the SEC and near the bottom in all of college football. You can’t win championships without a defense. The scheme all season has been horrific. The ONLY thing that has kept the purple elephant in the room from being talked about more was the success on offense.

Leave his ass in SC like USC did kiffin. Our defense suxs

We are not a very physical team and that cost us vs GA and tonight. Our defenders were talking trash but other than a 2 minute stretch towards the end of the 1st half we were not playing physical football. The scheme on defense was not very good but failure to wrap up on tackles, allowing running backs to carry defenders 5 yards down the field, Failure to hit anybody HARD on tackles. Failure to hit hard on the OL and on defense is a sign of a FB team that just is not physical enough to play big time football. Hiatt does not like contact and when you smack Hooker around his accuracy drops off. I hope Hooker is OK and it is just a strain, he is a great young man and I am proud he is a Volunteer.
