Pay cut

Why is it we will reward for great years, Why not cut his pay about 600,000 and go find better coaches :cross:

He (CPF) has a contract written by his lawyer. If you fire a coach there are most always "buy-out clauses". CPF's buy out is 2 million or better. 2.1 to 2.4 I think.
