Peach Bowl Thread: #1 LSU (13-0) vs #4 Oklahoma (12-1) (ESPN 4:00 PM)

Riley is fool's gold.

Hurts is ending his career accurately, shown to be a terrible qb.

Riley is Leach 2.0, with a splash of defense.

And the results against an elite SEC team are speaking volumes about what happens when you bring that flashy crap to a dogfight.

Oklahoma still has the advantage in all areas of the game against Tennessee next year. Their talent level exceeds ours.
Execution and defensive scheme is pitiful. Every D1 team in the country could score 40 on this defense today.

Some silly bear told me that Baylor would beat this LSU team. The same Baylor team that lost twice to this Oklahoma team, currently getting beat to death by LSU.

Their DL n LBs are above average, but the DBacks are elite.
But as a whole, they have been nowhere near as dominant as in years past. Delpit and the freshman are studs. The rest of the secondary has been average all year. The LBs aren't as good as in prior years. DL is nasty as usual. They obviously have ballers. Just not as lockdown as we are ueed to seeing

They won the Fiesta Bowl last year. Their senior class was the No. 2 recruiting class. The signs were there. Then they added Joe Burrow who is the best college quarterback I've seen in 4 decades of watching football (Peyton was comparable except he didn't have Burrow's wheels and escapability).
They had Burrow last year ... but he didnt look anything like he does this season.

He needed to take Burrow out asap, all it takes is one hit..

OU is not above taking out their frustrations on Burrow's knees..... just sayin

….as in.....passing on the chipshot FG and going for it on 4th down....when you are up by 35
