Has anyone been to any LSU boards lately? They are doing some serious whining about going to the peach bowl and how the system is so unfair now. Didn't see any of them saying a word when the exact same thing happened to us when they beat us in '01. Only difference is we would of went to the NC if we won, it was just a sugar bowl they lost a shot at.

Seems like people always blame the system when things don't go your way. If we had a conference champ playoff, they would of been left out completely. If you win your games, then you have a right to complain like Auburn last year.

Since the Sugar Bowl is going to be in Atlanta this year also, maybe LSU could just pretend they were in a BCS game and refer to it as the Splenda Bowl.

I've heard the LSU and GT crowds both complaining about their bowl placement. No matter how much they complain there's no changing what's already been done.

I was upset not long ago when a certain unnamed bowl jumped and selected UF when they were traditionally one who waited until the higher bowls made their picks first. I believe we were screwed in that process.

The bowl process is all about money. If these people really want to stick it to the moneymakers, they should stay home. UGA fans did that last year for another reason and that bowl said they'll rethink inviting UGA to future bowl games there.

It's like quit whining, at least your in a bowl. We sucked for a lot more than 1.5 games and not going to a bowl at all. Things could be a lot worse, this could be the late 80's early 90's and they could not be going to a bowl for several years like they did.

This is LSU, they will kiss and make up soon.

Maybe the NCAA can buy them the first season of Queer Eye for the Straight Guy on DVD to make it up to them.

Not my attitude, man. I'm pleased with the bowl placement. Not because I'm particularly fond of the Peach Bowl, but because of the opponent. I'd prefer to play Miami over Wisconsin or West Virginia.

Any LSU fan who is whining is doing so in very poor taste. We have no one but ourselves to blame.

lsu was overrated big time. they choked against us, got lucky against bama and auburn.

and their qb is a joke. he needs to be playing linebacker. they just arent that good.

is there any fanbase in the SEC, save Vandy and KY, that doesn't have a large "nutjob" population?

Kentucky has a bigger population of nutjobs than Arkansas and that place is all nutjobs. They are just quiet because they lose too much.
