Pearl has really upgraded the talent at UT.
With a few more bigs this year we would have been in the final 4

Melvin, Tatum, and Brian to a lesser degree. They've been though a lot together and come out better because of it...

They owe it to the team and to their coaches...

No, the original guys that really pumped the Big Fish Theory, at least amongst my group of friends, were those two afternoon douchers in Chatt. I selectively blocked their names from my brain during a bender last November...

OK. I lived in Chatt for a while, the talk radio was terrible. Not that ktown rocks or anything in that area, but just sayin.

I listened on the internet, b/c at the time, I was in Chicago for work...

Even got caught and explained why I was listening at work and just staring off into space. My boss de facto asked me to fill him in about the whole ordeal after I got done listening to avoid the wrath, and I lied and said it was Tyler Bray....

I'm a big fan of irreverence. Everyone else has a pretty girl or a cool ass Vols pic of a coach or player. I wanted to make mine the exact opposite but still kind of cool. He's actually a Highland Cow. I think I'm way funnier than most people do... :)

I lived in Chattanooga before I came to UT. I think the two afternoon douches you speak of are actually pretty damn good at their jobs. They know they don't have any kind of inside information and that people have other outlets to get it, so they focus on being entertaining. So while my Vol information flow has increased tenfold, I do find that there isn't any afternoon talk radio in this town I just enjoy listening to for the hell of it. SportTalk in Chattanooga was good for that kind of thing.

They will be young but we will be pearls deepest and most talented backcourt....pearl took ramar after getting turned down by everyone else. We started losing backcourt guys regularly like tabb...

If we got selby we would have goins, mcrae, golden and selby as a very deep backccourt with walk ons mcbee and bone.

Even if we do not get selby in 2011 we get ware, crawford...we will have a deep and very strong backcourt.

Pearl will no longer need b williams style projects and guys like hopson talent wise will become the rule not the exception. The only question is whether pearl can motivate guys who are nba stars in their own mind to play defense hard....I think he will be able to

Doc B and Quake, and they aren't douches. They run an entertainment show. And Doc B is connected, and a great man. He also nailed 3/5 for his NSD prediction iirc. Only missed on MA (who coulda known) and CG.
