“I’m disappointed in that headline [on ESPN.com] because I’m hoping the worst is over, but I can’t be confident about anything,” Pearl said.

He also clarifies that the suspension will be tough:

...a repentant Bruce Pearl said the hours he misses during his upcoming eight-game suspension will be especially painful.

“That will be hard, that’s gonna be hard,” Pearl said Tuesday ...

All from Adam Zagoria.

Do-overs are great, aren't they?

In this case I believe him. If Katz actually had a quote of Pearl saying he was confident this would be it, he would have printed it.

No such quote appears.

I think it's a case of a poor headline.

BP's wife posted the following on her FB page, "now I know of two Jews who were cruicified" (or something similiar).

She's obviously as stupid as he is.

I was aware of the post, but curious about something she might have actually gotten right.

It's like people don't even know what being crucified even means. This is literally a timeout.
