630 am is having the rest of the evening dedicated to UK basketball.

I've heard three callers mention CBP's name. I don't believe he would even be on UK's list. They want someone with "Final 4" experience.

Great idea. Lets fire Gillispie because he does not have a good public image, then hire the guy that he drummed twice this season and likes to party with the co-eds. lol

Of course as far as I'm concerned, they can parade sorority girls and harems to Pearls doorstep if he delivered final fours at UK. :eek:lol: Public image be damned.


But this is only fanspeak, Pearl would never come to UK IMO, even if they DID offer.

(this post is all in good fun, obviously. I have no problem with Pearl. Other than his orange blazer and equally orange skin.... something about that gets me)

Bruce does have a pretty good public image, one of the most well liked by the media

I agree, hence the line at the very bottom of my post. I like BP. and by public image, I was speaking more about in-state local stuff, not nationally. His stunt at the lady Vol's game last year was awesome. I like his personality and flair. Just making an ironic comparison. :thumbsup:

Not saying that Bruce is a better candidate for the job than Billy D but that's some bad logic.

Honestly, UK isn't going to get anyone better than the man they just fired. Sure he was rude to the media, but if he was given one more year, I'm sure UK fans would've changed their minds.

I agree. But I don't recall professing in my post that I was dreaming of Billy Donovan coming to UK. So, I'm not sure how I used bad logic.

No problem, its an easy assumption to make, seeing as how 99% of other Kentucky fans think he is the second coming of Pitino, with glory days renewed.

Any coach I actually WANT, is probably not coming to UK.
