Bruce Pearls teams always seem to play their best when something off the cout is going on. And all of his players really love him as a coach and after MH saying we'll decide about pearl at the end of the season. All the players know that if they dont make atleast the elite eight than pearl is gone.

And i know we will have to go though Duke to get there but if we play like we did at the begining of the season then we are a close game for anyone.

Are we sure about this? Maze has publicly criticized him already since leaving, and no matter what thoughts were last year, I have to think this NCAA business has left a sour taste for some.

I'm gonna say it's possible ... Fresh start, fresh momentum ... they played hard early, and after they won the NIT, they dedicated it to "their coach." & I'll go further and say Michigan is a team that we could really out-muscle, which could lead to uber confidence ...

Have you watched this season? Even if Pearl were to get this team to the Elite 8, I still think he'd be out.

A lot of people will view this as peanuts, but I hope the Rocky Top League continues, and I especially hope the orange blazer tradition continues, even if we are 12-13 when Bruce wears it.
