Penn State scandal (merged)

His argument gets more pathetic with each post. He not only is ignorant of the facts, but now he's just making up ridiculous garbage like that.

Not only ignorant of the facts? Your the one who directly read groves statement and said it had nothing to do with my argument. So who is ignorant? I put it in bold for you

What do you know lawvol? I have been saying that for how long now?

Based on what was said this morning by a former player, it is highly likely Paterno will be investigated for criminal behvior. And guess what? They've already got a great case against him.

Read. Research. Gain some experience. YOu will then realize how wrong you have been in your claims.

And I already responded, smart guy. You'll see who's being ignorant assuming you can read it.

depends on how it was told to him. I really do not think anybody knows exactly what was told to him. Now if it comes back that he was told very graphically bad things then there should of been some urgency in what was told to AD etc.

It all really depends on the guy who saw it in my honest opinion.

No it does not. If the least that Joe Paterno knew was that Sandusky was alone in the locker room shower with a 10 year old boy then that is enough to go to the PROPER authorities.

You act like Paterno is some backwoods hillbilly incapable of understanding the scenario placed before him. He is an Ivy league graduate. He knew that Sandusky was being investigated for molesting a child in 98. He is no moron. He knew exactly what was going on no matter what he was told.

"Sandusky alone in shower with small boy"

That's it. He needed to call the President, the chief of the PD, the university chaplain, the g*d-d**n janitor. He needed to get some people out there to find that boy and get him out of harms way.

Where in the hell is common decency? Unbelievable!

You've not said that once that I've seen. You're saying Paterno had done all that was required of him "ethically." Groves is saying he did everything required of him "legally." I know that's very difficult for someone like yourself to understand that.

Thats because your to stupid to go back and look before clicking on last page.

fondling

put those words together and it really takes a different kind of person not to immediately call the real police

You're right. You haven't spent your entire time here claiming that Paterno is the only one that satisfied his "ethical obligations." Or that Paterno did all that was required of him "ethically." My God, you really are one of the more pathetic posters I've had the opportunity to read on here.

which he did.

I personally think Paterno was ethically obligated to do more. I can understand the debate on his obligation in this matter.

What cannot be debated however, is that Paterno COULD have done more.

Argue all you want about what he should have done. If you argue about what he could have done, perhaps you should pull your head out of your ass.

I wanna understand your ethical knowledge so I will pose the same question as I did for a guy earlier.

You own a business where somebody has been robbed in the last year are you ethically required to put a warning sign up?

Sensationalism from media w out giving Paterno a shot to explain himself.

If he had an explanation for this he would have said it yesterday. He doesn't that's why he had to turn to saying "Beat Nebraska!" and "We are ... Penn State." He has no defense.

Ok then pj why did the person who reported it to Jp not call? Since it is so cut and dry. But hey he is not the one who is responsible because he has higher authorities that he told. He is only the one who saw it.

wait, did JoePa put up a warning sign in the locker room showers "If you are under this height, beware of Sandusky"

That a boy, volinreallife, just ignore the fact that you just lied in your other post.

Here's a sample of my ethics: if a little boy is getting ass raped on property that I control and I caught him doing it, I'd try to kill him and immediately call the authorities and hope he rots in jail until he dies and then rots in Hell for eternity. How's that for you.

You were ethically required to call the police when that person was robbed...

Sounds ab the same.
