This quote caught my attention since I am currently reading "The Cardinal of the Kremlin"

For those that don't know, I work in the aircraft industry. I have worked with a lot of foreign nationals (some on the F-35 program). It really makes me wonder...

I loved "The Cardinal of the Kremlin"...one of my most favorite Clancy books.

To the point of your post, I agree that there is a lot to wonder about in this area. There has been a huge push to recruit businessmen, trades people, and scientists who can travel somewhat freely to collect information on both sides (not a new thing...been going on for decades, I guess). It seems like what we don't sell them directly, we end up giving them by accident....

I have worked with people who worked there in the past. It sounds very cool. Alas, I don't think that will ever pan out for me.
