That doesn't look good . That said these rankings will change multiple times between now and then, both players and teams.

There are 3 players that have a legit shot to end up in the top 100 which would change the ranking considerably, kind of like what happened with Cabbage and Davila. Have to be careful what you wish for.

Which publications give their final rankings after the draft signees are done ??

That's the only one that really matters and I am sure the 2015 class that we all thought was looking great is going to look much much worse when those reports come out
