Looting to put clothes on their backs or food in their bellies is one thing, breaking into jewelry stores or stealing guns and ammunition is another. I for one have no pity for any thief that might get shot and if i were on a jury of the ones that shot them I would vote innocent. The scum that shot at the rescue helicopter should have recieved instant justice IMO.
