Wish you would have proven my prediction wrong. Pretty tight all the way through which I expected. Tough call late that gave them a chance. Not sure they got it right. Wish you the best against Kentucky and understand your disappointment. Keep your heads up.
Classy post...thank you. That call showed no evidence to over turn the ruling on the field IMHO. That is what my problem with the call was....never could tell where the ball was at and his hands looked like they were down at his belly button area...oh well...tears in a bucket :cray:
Appreciate the sentiment, but it should not have come down to one call. Objectively looking at it throughout, Vandy was the stronger team. We don't deserve a bowl game. All we can hope for is stronger recruits to replace some of these weaklings we have carried who weren't actually sec quality.Wish you would have proven my prediction wrong. How was Vandy the stronger team? They had 4 TO's and less than 200 yards of offense until the final drop where they gained 92! The defense played lights out until it mattered.
On the other hand, they laid the ball on the ground twice in the red zone, once at the 2.... couldve easily put 14 more pts on the board without those mistakes. They controlled the line of scrimmage throughout and when it came time to take the game over and win it, they moved the ball at will. Not once did I ever feel like UT had control of the game.... because they didn't.
