It almost brings tears to my eyes to hear John Ward call all those plays. I miss him so much. It has a wired for sound segment where they had Al Wilson wired and it was awesome.
Got it for christmas even though I had one of the three dvd's in it...The new one is friggin AWESOME. I love to hear the players perspectives on it 10 years removed...and you can really tell Big AL bleeds orange still to this day! "truely"
I've had the DVDs since they came out. Has anybody else had a problem with the audio-video on the second DVD being out of sync? You can message me if you have.
I've contacted the Vol Network twice about it, got a replacement DVD that did the same thing, and then never heard from them again.

As much as I loved his football calls and he's obviously more known for that, I always thought he was actually better at calling basketball games. His play by play was legendary, and I hate that he didn't get to call the Pearl years and had to put up with years of bad basketball.
He had so many awesome lines (some interchanged with football of course):
"Pops....Drops".
"BOTTOM!"
"It's GOOD! And that gentleman was fouled!"
"You walked, sir!"
"GIVE IT TO HIM!"
And my favorite were the very slight digs at officiating:
