Maybe the best thing about Sep '16 is that USCw and Notre Dame already have two losses. They're both usually over-ranked at the start of the season, and then don't get exposed for an unbearably long time.

Thankfully, no long wait this year. Both 1-2, both firmly out of the national conversation.

Aside from us backing our way into a 3-0 start, that may be the very best part of college football's first month of the 2016 season.
