His wife Janet turned up missing in Nashville about 10 years ago, and he took the kids and ran away to Mexico. The body has never been found, but I've always thought he did it.

I'm not surprised. Anyone outside of Middle TN probably hasn't heard of him. It's a really high profile case in Nashville/Middle TN. March is a big shot Nashville attorney who killed his wife then fled to Mexico. He's been in a custody battle with his former in-laws ever since. The in-laws won a civil judgement against him for wrongful death several years ago, but it was overturned by a higher court. He was finally arrested late last year and brought back to Nashville, and his father confessed to helping dispose of the body. He also confessed that he and Perry tried to hire a hitman to kill the in-laws.
